New Features

Kimi & QuillBot Release!

Kimi and QuillBot are now supported with these WitnessAI capabilities:

Generic Application Support Updates

The following Generic Apps are now supported with the the WitnessAI capabilities below:

Generic Apps are currently limited to Prompt Capture visible in the Conversations console, and Global Blocking when enabled in the Discovery console or Blocked Apps.
Response Capture is not yet available. Lists are supported. Guardrail actions are not yet supported.
 

Updated Features

SIEM Forwarding to Google Sec Ops

Google Sec Ops are now available as a target configuration in SIEM Settings. Prompts, logs, and alerts can now be forwarded to Google Sec Ops as configured in SIEM settings:

Known Issues

QuillBot

QuillBot is now supported for all features noted above, but it is not yet visible in the drop-down filters on the Conversations Console “Application” drop-down filter, or the Policies Console “Destination” drop down filter.

ChatGPT Interruption

On Tuesday October 21st, OpenAI updated ChatGPT, which disrupted key WitnessAI integrations. This issue was promptly detected and customer status pages were updated immediately, and kept updated as we updated our integration to restore functionality.
What does this mean?
The following temporary changes will be in place as we update our ChatGPT integration:
  • WitnessAI’s normal inline app alerts for warning and blocked messages will appear in a browser overlay message.
  • ChatGPT prompts and responses will continue to be captured as normal.
  • Routing prompts from ChatGPT to other Apps & LLMs will be temporarily unavailable.
A permanent fix will be deployed as soon as possible. Your WitnessAI Status Page will continue to be updated as we progress.
 

Breaking Changes

The ChatGPT interruption noted above breaks some WitnessAI capabilities. Some capabilities have been restored, with some changes as noted above. Your dedicated WitnessAI Status Page will be updated as we continue to restore full functionality.
