June 9, 2025: WitnessAI Update

Improved intention classifications are more consistent and understandable. Intentions had been extremely specific to the prompts and therefore very difficult to categorize. Improving intention and prompt classifications is an ongoing process. Many more improvements are planned for these essential components.

Directory Synchronization improve group and user assignments

Improved Directory Sync services now reduces duplicate users in WitnessAI, finding and updating existing users in the system via their WorkOS Identifiers and email addresses. This enables us to more accurately capture user accounts synced over through identity providers such as EntraID and Okta.

User-Admins can now see VIP Alerts

From now on Witness Users with the role of User-Admin or higher will be able to view Alerts generated by VIP users. Previously this was only accessible by Super-Admins. Additionally, all conversations and alerts will be sent to the connected SIEM application through the SIEM service.

SIEMs can now receive all prompts and alerts, including VIPs

Improved prompt and response duplication detection from VSCode

Improved visibility for ‘Warning’ and ‘Block’ Messages
