Removed the Alerts chart from the upper-right section
Conversations
Conversations are now matched on user_name and/or email address - will display username appropriately
Conversations by User
Customers are able to view prompts by users on any selected page not just the first page
Risk Analysis
Customers can now see which guardrails were triggered when viewing risk analysis for prompts (if any).
- This helps understand and troubleshoot which guardrails are getting triggered on specific prompts
Prompt IDs are now displayed in the Risk Analysis window - enabling easier log tracing
Alerts
User-Admins have more information when viewing Alerts generated by VIPs
Policies
The option to delete the Default policy has been removed. This policy is not deletable.
Guardrails
Prompts triggering multiple guardrails now properly block responses when conflicting rules are setup
- For Example if Model Protection guardrail is set to block and risk analysis is set to allow, the prompt will be blocked.
Intention “Sexual Intentions” false positives have been greatly reduced
Topic Categorizers are now deployed to all tenants
Behavioral Activity guardrails now trigger alerts when behaviors are blocked or warned
Access-Tokens
Access-Tokens now have a
system flag that will prevent the token from being displayed in the console when the flag is set. This can be set by WitnessAI engineering upon request.Settings
Groups filters are more consistent with other filter options in the console
Groups larger than 500 users are now paginated

Observability
Observability mode for ChatGPT can be enabled for customers upon request, allowing users to upload and download files, and use all ChatGPT plugins
- Control mode is the default for most customers - file uploads are blocked

“Warning” and “Block” messages are much more visible and easy to see
