New Features

Discovered Apps

Discovered Apps addresses the critical need for AI visibility by providing a source of truth for finding and investigating new AI applications being used in your environment, and providing an encyclopedia of knowledge about these applications.
This enables your team to quickly identify what's new in AI usage, understand risks that may require immediate action, and take actions directly on the same screen.
Discovered Apps is tightly integrated with the App Catalog. Now the job of discovering, evaluating, and applying policy guardrails is a single integrated workflow!
Some of the new features included in Discovered Apps are:
Advanced filtering: Filtering discovered apps by risk and usage.
Filter Persistence: Ensure filters persist after session timeout.
App List Accuracy: improvements for incomplete or inconsistent discovered app listings.
New Apps Notification: Notify users when new apps are discovered.
Apps Sorting: Filtering and sorting by risk and other attributes.

App Catalog

App Catalog has been completely updated, as well as integrated with our new Discovered Apps feature. Now the job of uncovering, investigating, and evaluating new AI Apps in use across your org becomes a single integrated workflow!
Evaluating new Application risks, data criticality, certification compliance, and security practices of Apps and Providers is all in one place, so your team can quickly make decisions and apply the appropriate policies to keep your organization, employees, and customers safely adopting new AI Apps.

Search: Improvements in search speed and relevance.
User Interface: Refined browsing experience and expanded app details.
Catalog: Add tagging for apps to aid categorization.

Audit Logs

Comprehensive Audit Logs are now available for all actions performed by users on the WitnessAI platform. This enterprise-critical feature addresses compliance requirements and adoption barriers organizations face when implementing AI security configuration, policy enforcement, model protection, and governance.
Audit Logs are essential for organizations requiring comprehensive audit trails for compliance frameworks like SOC2 and ISO 27001.
Key Capabilities
Audit logs collect changes and updates across all product functions. Going forward all new features will be included in audit logs.
Complete logging of all configuration and settings changes, with detailed tracking.
SIEM export to integrated SIEMs, alongside prompts and alerts.
Role-based access controls restrict audit log access to admins.
Console access with filtering, search, and export capabilities.
API access for filtered log retrieval.

Status Page

Customer-facing status pages give each individual customer a password-protected status page to view the availability status of critical services for your dedicated WintessAI instance.
Notifications can be subscribed to for Alerts and Schedule Maintenance.
