Console Pages

Home

Home is the first Console page users see when they log in. It displays an overview of AI metrics, including Active AI Applications, Users of Applications, Top Intentions of Users prompts, Alerts, and Top Risks.
The Dashboard is crucial for understanding the current state of AI interactions, and determining if there is anything that needs attention.

Discovered Apps

Displays AI Applications that have been detected in your environment, including usage data, user counts, and risk information for applications your employees are actively using.
notion image

App Catalog

WitnessAI's comprehensive database of over 4000 AI applications, including those not yet used in your environment. This serves as your complete reference for AI applications and enables proactive security decisions.
Administrators can manually add custom applications as needed. Access control over Application Providers and individual Models is managed in the Lists section.

Analytics

The Analytics page provides configurable analytics reports for insight into all of the GuardRail activity over your choice of time ranges. Analytic reports are also available for Witness Anywhere devices, Security Operations, and Return on Investment.
notion image

Conversations

The Conversations page provides complete visibility and monitoring of all User Prompts and AI Responses. This feature enables Prompt tracking, Conversation and Content analysis, and Risk investigation.
notion image

Conversations by User

The User menu takes you to the Conversations by User page, which provides a detailed view of individual user activities within AI applications. Here you can review usage, history, and investigate alerts.
notion image

Alerts

Alerts notify your team of risky behavior and policy violations. WitnessAI categorizes alerts into several types based on the severity of the issue, providing contextual information for each alert.
notion image

Catalog

The Catalog is a centralized repository for all AI models and applications used within the organization. WitnessAI supports automatic detection of AI Applications as well as allowing Administrators to manually add custom applications as needed. Access control over Application Providers and individual Models is managed in the Lists section.
notion image

Policies

Policies provide the capability to Control and Protect your AI Models and Applications, by detecting and enforcing Industry Regulations and your Organization’s Policies.
notion image

Lists

Lists is where you control access to the AI Apps across your Organization. Sanctioned Providers and Apps, Blocked Apps, Private and Public models can all be added and managed here.
notion image

Settings Menu

The Settings page has Configure and Access Control submenus where you configure system-wide settings for Integration API Keys, Add new or custom Models, generate Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) files, tokens, & scripts, and Integrate with popular SIEM tools.
Access Control enables adding, inviting, and deleting Users, and assigning them an RBAC Effective Role. Groups lets you view the members of a Group, assign a Group Role to a Group and manage a Group’s ability to view VIP data.

Documentation Search

Clicking on the Documentation menu in the left-sidebar will open a new browser tab, automatically logging you in to the WitnessAI Documentation website.
On the top-right of every Console page is a magnifying glass icon. Clicking on the magnifying glass will open a Search bar, where you can enter any WitnessAI related terms, and a scrollable list of results from our Documentation will display. Clicking on any result will open that documentation page in your browser.
If your entry doesn’t display a list of results, it may not be a word in our Docs. Check your spelling, or enter the title of a Console page or WitnessAI component.
